Core pulling riveting head is a riveting joint, which is suitable for application without open or closed components. The closed part refers to the far side of the riveting equipment that cannot reach a part, that is, the key top. When selecting this type of connection, there is no need to design process safety channel for riveting equipment, and one side riveting can be carried out. Therefore, it can make the overall design of the commodity more compact and further reduce the volume and net weight of the product varieties. Blind bolts include open type blind bolts, closed blind bolts, single drum brake blind bolts, multi drum blind bolts, inner locking bolts, outer locking bolts, double drum core pulling rivets, fumeilai nails, small lantern bolts, etc.

The core pulling riveting head is named after the bolt forming method. In the riveting equipment, the shaft neck is removed and the rivet is produced on the far side of the riveting side, that is, the head of the bolt is generated.

Compared with solid bolt, riveting head has the following advantages:

1) The clamping force of the joint is more symmetrical, which improves the fatigue limit of the joint.

2) Riveting does not cause impact force, and can rivet some raw materials (such as plastic and carbon fiber materials, polymer materials) which are easily damaged by impact. The impact property of solid core bolt of automobile double drum core pulling rivets will not only destroy the bolt hole edge, but also cause the loose of high polymer material plywood and reduce the compressive strength of raw materials.
